As with both the Base and the Pro service plans additional minutes used are billed at 3.9¢ per minute. Similarly, all the features of the Phone.com cloud PBX system are shared across each service plan albeit some are actually deemed to be premier and will cost extra. The Enterprise edition Nextiva’s cloud based system uses an auto-attendant with the option of three professional recorded personalized greetings, to answer inbound calls. Using professionally recorded greetings provides a better image for the company.
